New Beginnings is run by volunteers and relies on donations of time, goods and money to continue helping homeless pets in the Central Ohio area.

We are currently in need of volunteers and donations! To learn more about volunteer opportunities, please visit our Volunteer Page.

Is your schedule too busy to volunteer at this time? Making an online donation is easy and quick. Make your tax-deductible donation online, or learn about other ways to give on our Donate Page.

NBAS Seeking Fundraising Director

Do you have a passion for helping homeless pets and a knack for organizing special events? You may be a great fit for our Board of Directors!

New Beginnings is run completely by volunteers and receives no government funding, so we rely on donations and fundraisers to continue helping homeless pets. Our Fundraising Director will develop and implement a fundraising strategy to bring revenue to the organization, as well as oversee the fundraising committee.

If you or someone you know has interest in joining our Board as the Fundraising Director, please visit our Volunteer Page or email President Barb Byerly at barbb@newbeginningsas.org

Foster Homes Needed

Kasey and Hope urgently need foster homes. Please click on their pics to get more information about them.

hope hope

Since we are in the process of raising money to build a shelter we use a foster care system. to provide homes for the dogs we rescued until they are adopted. We are consistently pulling dogs and cats from bad situations including kill shelters. These animals need love and a chance to just be a pet.

Please email helppets@newbeginningsas.org if you can provide a loving temporary home. NBAS provides the vet care and food. You provide the love!
